MKKN is the Saudi independent leader mastering production and services in the ammunitions field according to NATO standards.
MKKN’s capabilities span in manufacturing and development of aerial general-purpose systems, medium and large artillery ammunitions. The operations are performed in the production plant located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where the state-of-the-art numerical control machines have been installed.
Equipment at MKKN’s facilities includes horizontal and vertical forges, thermal induction heat treatments, quenching and annealing island, automated welding station, multi-axes numerical control machines, chemical treatment and coating island, assembly line and storage systems.
All devices and their parts are inspected and tested in MKKN laboratories to guarantee highest quality standards. Equipment at MKKN’s laboratories includes tensile testing machine, hardness testing machine, XRF spectrometer, impact testing machine, high-pressure hydro testing station, 3D measuring machine, including devices for metallographic and coating quality control.
